Conference Sessions

ICAS 13 academic sessions will take place at Campus B of Universitas Airlangga, particularly at the ASEEC Tower, Postgraduate School Building and The Faculty of Humanities Building. Campus B is a 1-hour drive away from the Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, and a 10-minute drive from the Tunjungan area.

Transportation

Conference Shuttle Buses

ICAS 13 Organising Committee provides shuttle buses from Tunjungan/Central Surabaya Area, and the Campus Area to Campus B, Universitas Airlangga. The buses operate daily, and is free-of-charge for ICAS 13 Participants. You will need to show your conference badge upon the pick-up. The buses schedule and pick-up points will be available closer to the conference dates.

1. MyBluebird Taxi

Bluebird, one of the major taxi companies in Indonesia, has recently launched the app providing Taxi and Limousine booking services in Surabaya, as well as in Bali, Bandung and Jakarta. The app supports cash and credit card payment.

Grab is a leading ride-hailing app in Southeast Asia. It allows you to book various transportation options, e.g. taxis, private cars, or motorbike. Support communication with drivers via WhatsApp. You can also order food using Grab. The interface is user-friendly.

Gojek is an Indonesian multi-services platform. You can use Go-car to book your personal transports, Go-ride for motorcycles. Gojek app offers various solutions, including food delivery service. Support payments via credit card, PayPal, etc.
