You can find a list of ICAS 13 Conference Hotels with a special conference rate and details on how you can book them below. For reservation or enquiries regarding your reservation, please contact the hotel directly by using the contact information provided.
Besides these hotels, we have also listed a number of suggested hotels that do not have a special conference rate, but are suitable to stay at. These hotels can often be booked through online booking websites, such as: Traveloka.com, Booking.com, Agoda.com or just directly with the hotel.
Participants are responsible for contacting the accommodation and making their own reservations. Terms and conditions may vary per hotel. The ICAS 13 Organising Committee cannot be held responsible by the participants for their reservations, including availability, damages, costs and losses.

ICAS 13 Conference Hotels
The recommended conference hotels are the hotels which offer special rates for your stay during ICAS 13. You can choose an accommodation close to the conference venue for the Academic Sessions, Campus B and/or C of Universitas Airlangga, or stay in the Central/Tunjungan area, where other ICAS 13 events will also take place. The Central/Tunjungan area is about 15-minute ride away from Campus B and/or C of Universitas Airlangga.
