The analysis of China’s electoral system in this book is based on contemporary China’s electoral reality. It uses procedural justice and political philosophy to find ways and methods to realize Chinese-style democratic elections, making the electoral system democratic, legal, and reasonable, and use the performance of the election system of the protection of the interests of the people and society by the operation as a judgment of whether the electoral system itself and its effectiveness are justice, and whether it has realized its justice value.
