ICAS 13 Registration

ICAS 13 will take place in Surabaya, Indonesia, from 28 July - 1 August 2024. You can benefit from the Early-bird registration fees until 5 April 2024
The fee includes access to all ICAS 13 activities, coffee/tea breaks, lunch breaks during the conference, the welcome reception and a conference kit.

ICAS 13 Registration Policies

Registration Rules

  1. For your convenience in participation verification, please register with the same email address as provided at the time of proposal submission.
  2. It is mandatory for all presenters to register and pay for their ICAS 13 participation by 5 April 2024. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your proposal(s) from the conference programme.
  3. Please contact us at icas13@iias.nl for group registrations (more than ten people).
  4. Reduced registration fees are available for participants based in Indonesia.
  5. Participants based in Indonesia are required to use a separate portal to benefit from the reduced fees.

Payment of Registration Fees

For International participants, payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Master Card), PayPal, and iDEAL (Dutch banking system). If you are unable to pay by these means, please contact icas13@iias.nl
For Indonesia-based participants, payment can be made via bank transfer. For any questions regarding the registration portal for Indonesia-based participants, please contact icas13@aiioc.unair.ac.id 

Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellation of registration must be submitted via email (icas13@iias.nl) and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the ICAS 13 Organising Committee.
  2. Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given, if cancellation occurs:
    • more than 90 days prior to the start of the event (by 29 April 2024), the cancellation fee is EUR 25 for administrative costs.
    • between 90 days and 45 days prior to the start of the event (between 30 April and 13 June 2024), the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee.
    • less than 45 days prior to the start of the event (from 14 June 2024 onwards), the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.

Disclaimer

If the ICAS 13 Organising Committee is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the ICAS 13 Conference you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or if the ICAS 13 Conference cannot be conducted due to fire, natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”), the ICAS 13 Organising Committee shall have the right to immediately alter or cancel the ICAS 13 Conference or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to ICAS 13 without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to the registrant. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any willful damage or gross negligence committed by the ICAS 13 Organising Committee, the ICAS 13 Organising Committee shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply with any provision of this statement. The ICAS 13 Organising Committee will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
