There are different types of meditations in the world, but Buddha’s technique of Vipassana meditation is unique. This meditation technique was founded and practiced by Buddhism in India from ancient times. It has been associated with and promoted by Theravada Buddhism, the later development of Buddhism. In the contemporary era, millions of people are practicing this meditation technique around the world. This meditation technique attempts to use scientific methods to solve all kinds of problems in human society. Therefore, people can lead a happy and harmonious life by practicing this meditation technique. Hence, it can be said that this meditation technique can mainly help in getting rid of all kinds of human problems in society. It is a Salient feature of my Ph.D. thesis.
